Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the nature of our subscription boxes, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
  • If your box arrives damaged or with missing items, contact us within 7 days at customerservice@purepicks.com, including order details and photos of the issue.


Shipping & Delivery
